Beyond that, there’s some other stuff I’d like to cover. Mostly minor things that come across as errors.

You used “approx”. It seems kind of…. blunt. Usually one doesn’t use short-forms in formal writing. It just doesn’t seem to really fit there. Perhaps something more like “Some 50 years ago”, would fit better?

There are a lot of places that seem like they should have commas.
“The Metallic dragons made a pact to fight off their own brothers, and spilled their blood across the land.”
“The war ranged long, with the minor dragon races trying to avoid the conflict”
“Who is in charge of maintaining healthy relations to all the neighboring cities, and finding diplomatic solutions to complicated disputes”
“However our story does not focus as much of Reehan of Leokwan, but upon his staff, and particular guest.”

I’m not sure about “the war ranged”, but again, I might just not be used to that term(?).

I was confused at the reference to immortals. What immortals? Who are they? Where are they involved?

“Now the fighting has subsided and a new age is being born. The Age of Dialgan.” There’s a sentence fragment here. I’m not perfect with colons, and semicolons, but I think it should be something like “and a new age is being born: the Age of Dialgan”.

“Creatures of magic, power and wisdom.” Need another comma in there. “magic, power, and wisdom.” In any case, that’s another sentence fragment. It should either be joined with the preceding sentence, or extended into something like “They are creature of…”.

“The citizens of Iownai” Isn’t it Iowenai? Make sure to spell-check your work. =P

I’m wondering what some of the significance of telling us of the noble’s “secondary living arrangements” is. I’m interesting, of course, but I’m not sure what it has to do with the plot at this point. Hell, I’d like to know what they cultivate, but I’d get annoyed if it was randomly sticking out of the story like a third foot.

“One of these particular nobles is the house of Leokwan.” One noble is an entire house? I think this might be worded wrong. The next sentence should start “Leokwan is in charge”, or something similar, rather than starting with “who”.

Another sentence fragment at the end of the second-last paragraph. “Which often occur” should be merged with the preceding sentence, or extended into it’s own complete sentence.

I believe you were looking for “capital”, not “capitol”.

Starting a sentence with “however”, is a no-no.

I think you were looking for “on Reehan of Leokwan”, rather than “of Reehan of Leokwan”.

“and particular guest”, sounds bad. Try “and a particular guest” instead.
